Welcome to Kilpatrick Executive Coaching

I am an experienced executive coach accredited at Master Coach level and have been working
as an executive coach working with senior leaders in organisations, and with organisational stakeholders who oversee coaching, since I started my coaching training in 2006. I particularly enjoy organisational coaching and I partner closely with a select number of organisations where I have built trusted relationships and for whom I have coached several individuals over the years.

My particular interest and specialism is leadership transition and working with confidence at this transition point, the subject of my doctoral thesis in 2022. I am also an accredited coach supervisor and am passionate about supporting the development of coaches.

About me

I am British but have always worked in multi-cultural environments and have a love of languages (I studied French and Italian at university). My interest in people and their careers gradually drew me towards coaching from my first career in executive search and I since then have built on the foundations of being a psychology informed coach. I like working with smart people but I am down to earth and pride myself on being humble and able to connect with people of all backgrounds. I love learning and have undertaken periods of study every decade or so with my MSc and then Doctorate but and beyond this I take other learning (including frequent CPD and regular supervision for my work) seriously.
