In-house coaching programmes
Over the past 2 years, I have set up and run a very successful coaching programme for employees in an organisation in the Financial Services sector. This organisation, a heavy user of external coaching for its driven, ambitious and successful employees, wanted to take the coaching internally by creating a structured coaching programme with trusted coaching advisors who would be perceived as close enough to the organisation to fully understand it but also able to retain their objectivity by not being employed.
It has been made possible due to the experience and dedication of the coaches but also fundamentally due to the sponsorship of the senior leaders in the organisation and as a result the word has spread significantly such that people have been coached at all levels from the most senior to the most junior.
