I am an accredited Systemic Team Coach with the Association of Executive Coaching. I ensure that the team as a whole, rather than the individuals within the team, is my client. I use several psychometrics and simple models to further self-awareness within the team, such as: MBTI to explore personality type, Hogan Leadership Assessments, EBW (Emotions and Behaviours at Work), communication and influencing styles, responses to conflict, and reactions under stress.
